As a proud TACC member, we stay connected to the latest technology initiatives, cybersecurity guidance in agricultural business best practices. That helps us deliver reliable IT support for Texas Cooperatives.

IT UpTime began in 2005 as a one-man break-fix shop built on a single conviction: prepared beats lucky. While other technicians chased retail and corporate accounts, Clint Glazner was in county courthouses and grain elevator offices, learning what a technology failure truly costs the people who depend on it.
By 2008 he was running law enforcement IT and had taken on his first rural hospital district, which we still serve. That grew into a CIO and IT-director role at a billion-dollar agricultural cooperative across four states. When the co-op divested it in 2024, Clint bought it back, and IT UpTime is the result.

It's Probably Because Your Support Provider Doesn't Understand Your Business ...
You get the same generic playbook as everyone else, from people who never learned how you actually work.
A network outage during harvest or patient hours isn't an annoyance. It's money walking right out the door.
HIPAA, CJIS, and public records rules don't wait, and one missed control quickly becomes your problem.
You Deserve To Work With An IT Company That Understands What You Do, The Tech You Use, and Your Industry As A Whole

It's not unreasonable of you to expect your IT partner to understands how your business works, especially when you have no IT staff of your own and every technology call lands on you. We've spent twenty years with operations like yours, so our advice fits how you run things.
And you should expect people who have already sat in your chair. Several of our team ran city and county IT as directors, not as help desk, and they've been with us for years, so when you call, you reach someone who knows your setup and how you work.

IT issues happen – and reach out to your support provider shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth. When you call us for help, we respond within minutes and act like part of your in-house team.
Every company is unique with different challenges, goals, and opportunities. Our IT support model is designed to get to the root of what makes you special – and develop a plan that fits like a glove.
We don’t wait for disaster to strike before we step in. Our team proactively monitors your IT infrastructure 24/7 to manage risks before they escalate and spiral out of control.
No one likes unwelcome surprises on their bills. When you work with us, you pay a flat, agreed-upon monthly rate with no hidden fees or unexpected costs on your bill.

We begin by learning your organization inside and out to ensure every solution reflects your goals, processes, and operational priorities.

We refine and optimize systems using ITIL best practices, ensuring every process delivers consistent results, and measurable value over time.

Our specialists design and deploy scalable cloud environments that enhance performance, security, and adaptability, while reducing costs.

We remain a dedicated partner, anticipating needs, solving challenges early, and helping your business maintain momentum and growth.
Before we touch anything, we learn how your business operates. The plan we build fits your business, not some template we hand to everyone.
We monitor, patch, and back up your systems, and we test the recovery before you ever need it. Prepared beats lucky, every time.

We're based in Dumas and cover the Panhandle. We've driven through snowstorms at three in the morning to get an agency back online.
Every IT UpTime technician is CJIS-cleared, the same FBI check the officers go through. We keep your HIPAA and CJIS obligations handled.
Most of our clients found us after a provider who never understood their business let them down. By then, they had stopped chasing the cheapest option and started looking for the right one: a team that already understands their work and what is at stake.
Downtime costs money, and uptime is just a phone call away. Give us a call at (806) 478-4031 or fill out the form, and we'll take it from there.

We Take a Personal Approach to IT Support
Since 2005 we've handled IT for grain elevators, sheriffs' offices, and rural hospitals, often all at the same time.
Since 2005 we've handled IT for grain elevators, sheriffs' offices, and rural hospitals, often all at the same time.
Every technician clears FBI background check as the officers we serve, and that alone rules out most providers.
We're local to the Panhandle and we come to you, whether it's a planned project or a call at three in the morning.
Clint is a nationally-recognized cybersecurity expert, whose knowledge directly informs our services.
Our whole team is AI certified, and we put it to work carefully in the CJIS and HIPAA worlds where mistakes get costly.
Managed IT is the steady foundation under everything else, keeping your technology working in the background so you can get on with your actual job.
Instead of waiting for something to break, we manage your systems day to day: monitoring, updates, backups, security, and the compliance you answer to. Problems get caught before they reach you, your costs stay predictable, and your team stops losing hours to technology that won't cooperate. And when you need us, you reach someone who already knows your business, not a stranger reading a script while your work waits.

When a project has to land on a hard deadline, preparation is the whole game, and that's exactly how we run every migration and rollout for you.
We've moved complex systems under pressure more than once. We relocated a medical clinic and pharmacy into a new building over a single weekend, checking the wiring, standing up the server room, and migrating every server and workstation while the contractor was still paving the driveway. Both offices were seeing patients by Monday morning. We hit timelines like that because of the relationships we've built with local ISPs.
Keeping your IT ahead of the curve is a full-time job (and then some). That’s why we make it a point to educate our clients on the principles of IT before they make a big decision.
Our email newsletter covers a range of key topics at the intersection of IT strategy and business management, explaining:
The many overlooked ways that properly managed IT can contribute to business growth and development.
What a contemporary approach to cybersecurity should address.
How IT can increase productivity, help you automate certain tasks, and most importantly, reduce your overhead.

We work with grain elevators, local governments, sheriffs' offices, rural hospitals, optometry practices, and law firms across the Texas Panhandle. They all run specialized software and can't afford to be down.
Most of the time, yes. We have spent twenty years inside platforms like Agris, AgTrax, Maximeyes, and EMds, so you won't be teaching us your systems while problems stack up.
Every one of our technicians clears the same FBI background check your officers do, which most IT companies simply can't offer. That's what lets us support criminal justice systems without putting your compliance at risk.
We're based in Dumas and cover the 806 and the wider Panhandle, with agricultural clients all over the state. In the work we do, showing up in person is just part of the deal.
